Screening of the SPOTLIGHT Films at Opolskie Lamy Film Festival
Please join us at the Opolskie Lamy Film Festival, where SPOTLIGHT will present 4 short documentary films created during the 5th edition of the SPOTLIGHT Summer School in Bolzano/Bozen.
Created by students from different academic backgrounds, their projects explore the everyday life, identities, memories and transformations of a city shaped by multiple languages and perspectives.
Through different forms of visual storytelling, the films invite us to look at Bolzano from new angles and to reflect on how visual research can help us understand complex, multicultural places.
The screening will be followed by a conversation with the organisers of the Summer School, offering an opportunity to connect the perspectives emerging from Bolzano with local and global questions, and to open up new spaces for dialogue and collaboration.
